Standing Together is a very simple, yet profound principle. It expresses a clear awareness of the fact that humanity has thus far allowed itself to be fragmented, divisive, polarized and isolated in much of its social, economic and political systems. We choose a different intention. We choose to focus on what we intend to build in this world. We choose to see the common ground that we all share in life, while celebrating and honoring the diversity in all manner of expressions. We choose wholeness and we stand on the principle that together we are whole and together we can create this world anew so that all may have a life of integrity, creativity and fulfillment. It only requires the Will, the Purpose and the Intent. But that is not enough, because we cannot achieve such in isolation. If we Stand Together, nothing can stop us from fulfilling everything expressed in our Declaration of Intention.
Unitas et Aequitas
Unity and Equity! These two principles are the foundation of the PanTerra D'Oro Society. In UNITY we are Standing Together. In EQUITY we honor each other in equitable balance and relationship. Together we are in balance and equilibrium without restrictions, dominance, control, hierarchy or diminishment. Unity defines our co-creative capacities. We are in unity as co-creators with ourselves, each other, the world, all life systems, all beings who stand together in Life, and with Life Itself. We embrace each others' choice of expression of the ineffable wonder and awe of Creation Itself, which is possible if we let go of our own limitations and externally imposed programs. In equity, we find the quintessential principles of fairness, balance, justice, and honor, defined in the distillation of centuries of Equity Jurisprudence as Twenty Maxims:
1. Equity Sees That As Done What Ought To Be Done
2. Equity Will Not Suffer A Wrong To Be Without A Remedy
3. Equity Delights In Equality
4. One Who Seeks Equity Must Do Equity
5. Equity Aids The Vigilant, Not Those Who Slumber On Their Rights
6. Equity Imputes An Intent To Fulfill An obligation
7. Equity Acts In Personam Or On Persons
8. Equity Abhors A Forfeiture
9. Equity Does Not Require An Idle Gesture
10. He Who Comes Into Equity Must Come With Clean Hands
11. Equity Delights To Do Justice And Not By Halves
12. Equity Will Take Jurisdiction To Avoid A Multiplicity Of Suits
13. Equity Follows The Law
14. Equity Will Not Aid A Volunteer
15. Where Equities Are Equal, The law Will prevail
16. Between Equal Equities The First in Order Of Time Shall prevail
17. Equity Will Not Complete An Imperfect Gift
18. Equity Will Not Allow A statute To Be Used As A Cloak For Fraud
19. Equity Will Not Allow A Trust To Fail For Want Of A Trustee
20. Equity Regards The Beneficiary As The True Owner
Some of the principles of equity are readily apparent in reading these twenty maxims, even to the untrained eye. But some require deeper reflection and meditation. We are not used to these principles, because they have been systematically weaned out of our public systems of jurisprudence and law, to be replaced by controlled matrix systems of civil procedures based on monetized debt systems and military law of necessity in which the STATE supersedes the rights and honor of the living men, women and children of the world, in which life is treated as an object rather than a living expression of the ineffable wholeness of creation. In the GEMSTONE University we open up these maxims of equity to make them living expressions of our purpose and intent to stand together, to work together and to heal together. For a more complete elaboration of the maxims, click TWENTY MAXIMS OF EQUITY to read, study, contemplate and integrate these guiding principles that provide the foundation of our purpose and intent as a Society, to achieve Unity and Equity for all of Life. In order to do this, we must apply the true meaning of these maxims because they contain a deep and abiding understanding of what True Law and True Justice are all about. Equal delights in Equality, because we all stand equally in Life when we Honor the Life Force in All Beings. In so doing, we come to understand that we are the True Beneficiaries of the Gift of Life and thus the true "owner" of our own lives, in the sense of stewardship (not lordship) with life and not over it. As such, we place life in trust for all future generations and act on the principle that we Stand Together to preserve the integrity of Life for such future generations, because to do otherwise is to miss the point altogether.
